Sisyphus accepts non-U.S. investors for its equities fund and non-U.S. investors from Coinbase-supported countries for its cryptocurrencies fund. The minimum commitment for individual investors is $1,000 and in increments of $1,000. The minimum commitment for institutional investors is $100,000 and in increments of $100,000.
The minimum commitment period of Sisyphus is three months. Each subsequent commitment period above the minimum must be in increments of three months. The first day of any given commitment period is designated as the first day of the following month after Sisyphus’ receipt of the client’s asset transfer into Sisyphus’ accounts.
Sisyphus charges a management fee of 2% on the client's total assets, calculated and charged at the end of each month. Sisyphus does not utilize high-water marks and hurdles. Sisyphus charges a performance fee of 20% for equities and 40% for cryptocurrencies, calculated and charged at the end of each month.
Clients who intend to withdraw their assets at the end of their commitment period must provide Sisyphus with an advance notice of withdrawal at least a full month before the end of their commitment period. Clients who have provided Sisyphus with an advance notice of withdrawal at least a full month before the last day of their commitment period will be allowed to withdraw their assets on the next business day after the end of their commitment period.
Clients who fail to provide Sisyphus with an advance notice of withdrawal at least a full month before the last day of their commitment period will not be allowed to withdraw their assets at the end of their commitment period and their commitment period will be automatically renewed for three months.
Clients who withdraw their assets during their commitment period can do so with a 10 business day advance notice but will be charged an early withdrawal fee equal to 0.25% of their total assets for each day left in their commitment period. Management fees and performance fees will apply, in addition to an early withdrawal fee, to clients who withdraw their assets during their commitment period.
